One Voice Mentoring Institute is a commission directive from God and was birthed in a season of prayer out of the scripture in Luke 10:2 that says “He told them, ‘The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.” 

One Voice is a systematic approach to search out harvest-leaders that will in turn raise up other harvesters through Biblical discipleship and mentoring who are passionate to shake up the status quo and lay hold of the Kingdom. Matt 11:12 “From the days of John the Baptist until now, the kingdom of heaven has been forcefully advancing, and forceful men lay hold of it.”  

Under the direction of Cheryl Grayson, the institute is based upon the foundation of the Great Commission of Christ in its two-fold purpose. First, to know and preach the un-compromised Word of God; and second, to make disciples of all nations. The Institute’s purpose is to work with people’s individual callings, giftings, and vision, and connect them in Biblical pattern to the whole, working, and functioning Body of Christ; and to produce harvesters who are solid in the Word, and have the heart of a revivalist to bring in the last day harvest for the rest of their days. 

One evening, Cheryl shared the vision that God had given her with a small group of close friends and advisors.  As they sat around discussing the vision, the one unifying thought that became the basis for our mission was the importance of raising up people that would share the gospel in a way that reflected one common voice that accurately represents the scriptural basis for the Great Commission.  It was from this common desire that the name One Voice Mentoring Institute came into being
